If you would like to pick up your order at Kruusn Quilt Designs, select "Store PickUp" at checkout. We will email or text you when your purchase is ready for pickup.

Shipping
We will ship your order by first class or priority mail at our discretion.
We are committed to shipping your package same day whenever possible. We ship every day except Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
During peak times and sales we may get behind on filling orders. If your order is delayed we will notify you by email, phone or text. If you need to change or edit an order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders start to get processed and filled often within minutes of being placed.
Downloadable patterns are not included in shipping calculations.

Canada Shipping Charges
Merchandise totaling less than $20.00 - $14.95 - $23.95 per box
Merchandise totaling $20.01 - $65.00 - $30.95 - $33.95 per box
Merchandise totaling over $65.01 - $33.95 - $43.95 per box
At checkout you will be charged the minimum shipping rate, if shipping is significantly more we will charge you up to the maximum rate shown. We will not charge your credit card without first contacting you. At that time you may cancel or adjust your order.
Returns
No returns on patterns or books. Other products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unopened and in sellable condition. Shipping on returns is at the buyer’s expense. Returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, Return Authorization #, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
