Last Updated: June 23, 2026
Welcome to Kruusn Quilt Shop. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, policies, and expectations for using our website, shopping with us, registering for classes or events, participating in promotions, and interacting with our shop online or in person.
By using our website, placing an order, signing up for our email list, registering for a class or retreat, entering a giveaway, or otherwise interacting with Kruusn Quilt Shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Kruusn Quilt Shop

Coos Bay, Oregon 97420
Phone: 541-808-9972
Email: lindamason@kruusn.com
Website: www.kruusn.com
In these Terms, “Kruusn Quilt Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kruusn Quilt Shop. “You” and “your” refer to customers, website visitors, class attendees, retreat guests, email subscribers, and anyone who uses our products, services, website, or related materials.
2. Website Use
Our website is provided for shopping, learning about our products and services, registering for classes and events, signing up for emails, and staying connected with Kruusn Quilt Shop.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, copy website content without permission, misuse account information, or place orders using false or misleading information.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure, and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order, register for a paid class or event, or purchase services from Kruusn Quilt Shop.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you agree to the revised Terms.
5. Products and Availability
We sell quilting fabric, sewing supplies, notions, kits, patterns, books, gifts, sewing machines, embroidery-related items, and other creative products.
Product availability may change quickly, especially during sales, shop hops, events, and promotions. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed and your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, correct inventory errors, or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale, fraud, misuse of promotions, or other improper purposes.
6. Fabric, Color, and Yardage
We do our best to describe and photograph fabric accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your device screen, lighting, photography, dye lots, and manufacturer images.
For best results, we recommend ordering enough fabric for your project at one time. We cannot guarantee exact dye lot matches on separate orders.
Please double-check yardage before placing your order. Once fabric has been cut, it is generally not returnable unless there was an error on our part or the item is defective.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or product description errors, even after an order has been placed. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with available options.
By placing an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping, handling, and taxes where required.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
8. Taxes
Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and charged as required by law based on the order, customer location, product type, and/or payment processor settings.
9. Shipping
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather, carrier delays, shop hop traffic, inventory checks, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout or as stated in a promotion.
Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Kruusn Quilt Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received.
If your order is delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
10. In-Store Pickup
If you choose in-store pickup, we will contact you or update your order when it is ready.
Pickup orders should be collected within a reasonable time. If an order is not picked up within 30 days and we have not heard from you, we may contact you to make arrangements. If we are unable to reach you, we may return items to inventory and issue store credit or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Please bring your order confirmation or identification when picking up your order.
11. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted on eligible items within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, odor-free, pet-hair-free, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
Items generally not eligible for return include:
- Cut fabric
- Kits containing cut fabric
- Books
- Patterns
- Digital downloads
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Special orders
- Preorders once ordered from the manufacturer or cut

- Opened software or digital products
- Gift certificates
- Class, event, or retreat fees except as stated in the applicable cancellation policy
- Sewing machines or large equipment, except as handled under manufacturer warranty or specific written agreement
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. We will work with you on a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate solution.
13. Sale Items, Coupons, and Price Adjustments
Sale, clearance, special promotion, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Coupons, discounts, Bonus Bucks, gift certificates, and promotional offers must be used according to the terms stated with the offer. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.
We do not offer price adjustments after purchase unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.
Promotions may include exclusions, limits, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or in-store/online-only restrictions.
14. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Purchased Kruusn Quilt Shop gift certificates and gift cards are redeemable for eligible merchandise and services at Kruusn Quilt Shop.
Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates may not be replaceable unless we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance.
Promotional certificates, giveaway certificates, Bonus Bucks, coupons, or discounted certificates may have separate terms, expiration dates, limitations, or exclusions as allowed by law.
15. Classes and Events
Class and event registration is handled on a first-paid, first-reserved basis unless otherwise stated.
Class fees reserve your spot and may or may not include supplies. Please review the class description and supply list carefully. Students are responsible for bringing required supplies unless the listing states otherwise.
Class Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unless a specific class listing states different terms:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before class may be eligible for refund, transfer, or store credit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before class may not be refundable unless we are able to fill your seat.
- No-shows are not refundable.
- If Kruusn Quilt Shop cancels a class, we will offer a refund, transfer, or store credit.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, instructor availability, weather, low enrollment, emergencies, or other circumstances.
16. Retreats and Lodging
Retreats, lodging, private groups, and overnight stays may have separate registration forms, invoices, cancellation policies, house rules, and guest agreements. Those specific terms will control when they apply.
Retreat guests are responsible for treating the shop, retreat space, tools, furniture, equipment, and property with care.
Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the space.
Access to the shop outside regular business hours, if provided, is a privilege and must be used respectfully and according to shop rules.
Retreat pricing, meals, deposits, minimum nights, discounts, and cancellation terms may vary by booking and will be stated at the time of reservation or in retreat materials.
17. Sewing Machines, Equipment, and Manufacturer Warranties
Sewing machines and large equipment may be subject to manufacturer warranties, service policies, financing terms, and return limitations.
Warranty service, repairs, replacement parts, and technical support may be handled by the manufacturer, distributor, certified technician, or other third-party provider.
Kruusn Quilt Shop may help connect you with available support, but we are not responsible for manufacturer delays, warranty decisions, discontinued parts, third-party technician availability, or service outcomes outside our control.
18. Special Orders and Preorders
Special orders and preorders may require payment in full or a deposit.
Estimated arrival dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer delays, shipping delays, production issues, discontinued items, or circumstances outside our control.
If a preorder or special order becomes unavailable, we will contact you with available options, which may include substitution, store credit, refund, or cancellation.
Special orders and preorders may not be cancelable or refundable once ordered from the manufacturer, cut, customized, or otherwise committed.
19. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Digital patterns, downloads, files, PDFs, online materials, and other digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Digital products may not be shared, copied, resold, uploaded, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
20. Patterns, Instructions, and Project Results
We may provide patterns, tutorials, tips, supply lists, kits, demonstrations, or project inspiration.
We do our best to provide accurate information, but quilting, sewing, embroidery, and crafting results may vary based on skill level, materials, tools, machines, measurements, cutting, sewing accuracy, and other factors.
You are responsible for reviewing instructions, measuring carefully, using tools safely, and determining whether a project is appropriate for your skill level.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, shop-created graphics, photos, text, patterns, designs, class materials, downloads, logos, branding, product descriptions, videos, emails, and other original materials are owned by Kruusn Quilt Shop or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, upload, publish, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission.
You may use purchased patterns, kits, or materials according to the terms included with those products.
The Kruusn Quilt Shop name, logo, graphics, designs, and branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove or decline content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, unlawful, spammy, or unrelated to our business.
23. Giveaways, Contests, and Promotions
From time to time, Kruusn Quilt Shop may offer giveaways, contests, drawings, door prizes, Bonus Bucks, special sales, or other promotions.

Unless stated otherwise:
- No purchase is necessary to enter a giveaway.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Winners may be required to respond within a stated time period.
- We may choose another winner if the original winner does not respond.
- We may use the winner’s first name, photo, or submitted content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or requested otherwise.
- Promotions may be changed, extended, canceled, or corrected if needed.
Social media giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or other social platforms unless specifically stated.
